Duties
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Organize and schedule appointments or meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and record keeping.
Skills
- Bilingual
- Computer literacy: Proficient in using Word, Excel, QuickBooks and other relevant software applications.
- Customer service: Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Administrative skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Phone etiquette: Excellent phone manners with the ability to handle calls professionally.
