Duties

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Organize and schedule appointments or meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and record keeping.

Skills

  • Bilingual
  • Computer literacy: Proficient in using Word, Excel, QuickBooks and other relevant software applications.
  • Customer service: Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Administrative skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Phone etiquette: Excellent phone manners with the ability to handle calls professionally.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
