What You’ll Be Doing
Manage low-to-moderate risk pregnancies from antepartum to postpartum
Evaluate patients for labor; admits to the hospital and manages labors of low to moderate risk patients.
Collaborate with physicians, OB hospitalists, and Maternal Fetal Medicine.
Provide triage in clinic, hospital, and by phone
Diagnose and treat gynecologic and reproductive health issues
Educate patients across the lifespan on reproductive health and wellness
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Master’s degree from an ACNM-accredited nurse-midwifery program
2 years’ experience preferred
CNM license in New Mexico or able to obtain
NM Board of Pharmacy (CSR) and DEA registration required
Must obtain electronic fetal monitoring certification
Area Info: Southeast New Mexico, city of over 38,000. F riendly community rich in rock and roll history. High plains of Eastern, NM, near Cannon Air Force Base. 225 miles east of Albuquerque and 100 miles NW of Lubbock, TX.
