Your responsibilities:
- Ensure customer project technical and commercial objectives are met according to the plan and expectations.
- Ensure good relations and effective communication between customer and project teams.
- Coordination, alignment, support and guidance to the project team (production, quality, sales, logistics, procurement, accounting, and management) during project execution.
- Preparation of technical-commercial offers. Gathering and synthesize data from company departments and subcontractors.
- Reporting (periodically) of project status and summary of project final results.
- Project risk management (identification, communication, mitigation) in technical, execution and commercial aspects.
Our expectations:
- Higher technical education.
- Post graduate studies or courses in project management are additional advantages.
- Knowledge of Prince2 or PMI is additional advantage.
- One year experience in project management, technology, production administration, production coordination, or production support.
- Fluency in English in everyday communication.
- Knowledge of German or French is an additional advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Ability to read technical specifications.
- Ability to read commercial documents.
- Organizational and coordination skills.
- Independence, accuracy and punctuality of performing tasks and a creative approach to solving problems.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of MS Project is an additional advantage.
