Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team in Fresno, CA. This hybrid role allows for a combination of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building lasting relationships, and providing personalized insurance solutions. Responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, meeting individual sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and staying up-to-date on the company’s products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales goals
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, providing exceptional support to clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and explain insurance products
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients efficiently
- Knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to demonstrate a results-oriented mindset and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience in insurance or sales is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Active insurance license is an advantage or willingness to obtain one
