What You'll Do:
A premier civil litigation firm with offices across North Carolina and South Carolina, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team in Raleigh.
What You'll Do:
- Be a key player in developing and implementing cost-effective case management solutions.
- Assist attorneys with litigation projects throughout all phases of discovery.
- Support pre-trial and trial preparations.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including electronically filed documents.
- Proofread documents for accuracy.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal department.
- Prior experience with medical malpractice and/or insurance defense a plus.
- Familiarity with recording billable hours.
- NC Paralegal certification preferred.
- Experience with e-discovery software is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Trial and/or arbitration experience a strong asset.
