The Avenue at Macedonia is a Post-Hospital Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care Facility that offers a distinctive environment not commonly found in skilled nursing facilities.

Our facility provides some of the area’s highest level of rehabilitation, nursing and medical support to individuals needing post-hospital care and services.
Responsibilities include :
- Assisting the Activities director in implementing programs of individual and group activities based on resident's needs and preferences.
- Assist and implement facility and community events.
- Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
- Implement evening and weekend activities as assigned.
- Documentation of participation through Point Click Care.
- Qualifications and Skills required :
- Knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Positive and outgoing personality.
- Previous experience in a long term care environment preferred but will consider those with other customer service experience.
- Flexibility in scheduling and working every other weekend is required.
