Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 3 years of plaintiff-side experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling cases from inception through resolution. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish, including client intake, investigation, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and trial preparation.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation on the plaintiff side.
- Proven ability to handle a caseload independently and efficiently.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
