What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
- Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
- Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
- Record and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner
- Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred
- If in recovery, a minimum one - year period of sustained sobriety required
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality
- Dignified character that models recovery principles

Avenues Recovery Center at Clarksville is a residential facility which offers drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Set on a sprawling 10-acre property and housed in beautiful, state-of-the-art premises, this modern yet warm establishment provides the perfect backdrop for clients to cleanse themselves of all substances and begin healing.
