Avera Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment programs to promote health and recovery.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide direct therapy services, oversee assistants in patient care, and ensure a smooth departmental operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to patients using various functional settings and strategies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, family members, physicians, and other team members regarding patient status, progress, and needs.
• Oversee physical therapy assistants, techs, and students to ensure safe patient care and efficient departmental operation.
