Our practice is looking for an energetic, personable, and detail-oriented dental treatment coordinator to join our team!
As our dental treatment coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our patients have a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. You will play a key role in our practice by coordinating treatment plans, communicating with patients about their dental health, and ensuring that they have a thorough understanding of their options.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds and be able to explain complex dental procedures in simple terms.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and review their dental history and medical records
- Conduct patient consultations and explain the recommended treatment plan
- Discuss financial options and payment plans with patients
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling with the dental team
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with the dentist to ensure that treatment goals are being met
- Answer patient questions and provide information on dental procedures and post-operative care
- Follow up with patients after procedures to ensure that they are satisfied with the treatment and to address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using dental software and computer systems
- Understanding of dental insurance and billing procedures
