This role also oversees CPG retail packaging design, ensuring a seamless connection between physical packaging and digital content. The result is a consistent experience for Avery consumers whether buying online or at brick-and-mortar stores.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and operational leader who has a deep understanding of CPG eCommerce merchandising best practices and a strong background in creative operations and team leadership. They collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Sales, Consumer Success, and Product Development to develop content that improves consumer engagement and informs purchase decisions.
