Join our team as a Maintenance Techinician where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all maintenance operations of our Assisted Living Community. We are seeking a skilled individual to ensure the effective upkeep of our community.
DUTIES:
Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performance.
Schedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairs.
Ensure all maintenance work is in accordance with State/Federal & OSHA standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in a Healthcare maintenance setting, preferably assisted living/senior living.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality service.
Ability to multi-task / stay on task & maintain focus in stressful situations.
