About the Role
We are seeking a sharp and analytical Real Estate Financial Analyst & Investment Modeler to join our property management team. This is a full-time opportunity based at Jersey City, NJ, with H-1B visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with financial modeling, mortgage amortization, property acquisitions/dispositions, and real estate finance.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage financial models for real estate acquisitions, developments, and managed assets.
- Conduct property buy/sell analysis, including return projections and risk evaluations.
- Structure mortgage amortization plans, real estate loans, and investment terms with 15–20% appreciation scenarios.
- Analyze property cash flows, rental income, expenses, ROI, IRR, and NPV metrics.
- Collaborate with acquisition, lending, and asset management teams to support ongoing investment decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Stay updated on market trends, local regulations, and financing structures

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in real estate finance, modeling, or investment analysis.
- Deep understanding of real estate accounting, mortgage structures, and amortization schedules.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience using tools like Argus, Yardi, or REFM.
- Strong understanding of property management, real estate lending, and transaction structuring.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
