AVIAN is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our team providing support for PMA 262.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical plant security to include:
- Maintain building and area access control systems
Address administrative and security duties/security training
Open secured areas of the building and prepare calendars/agenda for the day
Secure building on nightly walk-through as required
Vet visitors to that do not have access, via DISS system
Escort personnel not having a security clearance through secure spaces
Submit visit requests through Base Access Security Information Control System (BASICS)
Submit visit requests through DISS system
Assist with Communication Security (COMSEC) as required
Submit badging requests
Maintain PMA Distribution Lists and other administrative documents as needed
Maintain conference room calendars on a daily basis to improve coordination for meetings
Administrative training for Ops Team Access Control
Assigned supply ordering
Assist with PMA Functions
Inventory, Stock and maintain promotional items
Various administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Five years of experience in office management, filing, and related office equipment operations.
- Current possesion or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Level Clearance
Desired Experience:
- Knowledge of the NAVAIR travel system DTS (Defense Travel System).
- Knowledge of JPAS (Joint Personnel Adjudication System).
- Knowledge of CMP (Common Message Processor) system.
- Knowledge of BASICS II (Base Access Security Information Control System).
