WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Assess & Strategize : Evaluate our current IT infrastructure to develop and execute a detailed, multi-year roadmap for growth and improvement.
- Lead Technology Transformation : Drive key initiatives, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, and the implementation of innovative technologies that support long-term success.
- Oversee Daily Operations : Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of day-to-day multisite IT systems (cloud and on-prem) and processes, addressing issues quickly and proactively.
- Manage Vendor Partnerships : Build strong relationships with external vendors and service providers to deliver high-quality solutions for both strategic projects and ongoing operational needs.
- Secure & Compliant : Maintain robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with industry and customer standards and regulations (e.g., NIST / ISO 27001).
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights to drive business objectives.
