2. EDI, SAP knowledge and prior use (Must have EDI, everything comes in that way)
3. Multi-tasking with attention to detail
Must have intermediate excel skills
Education Requirement: Completed Bachelor's Degree (business preferred)
Years of experience: 2 5 Years (not fresh out of college)
Team's Work Schedule: Hybrid only on Friday; M-TH required in Office. Hours on all days 9-6 PM. (Will follow the company schedule if this were to change)

The main function of this role is entry and maintenance of sales orders, management of account portfolios based on customer requirements, and work with various departments to support order processes as well as Team coverage and support for co-workers.
Job Responsibilities:
Order Management
Order entry, EDI mapping, account assistance
Maintaining account portfolios for ordering, tracking, customer and company requirements.
Informing customers of order status and support inquires
Process improvements/efficiencies
Reporting (Excel Download and combining reports)
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
SAP
EDI Order Mapping
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Provide support to Team and other Teams as applicable to Order Management
Previous experience with computer applications, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
Intermediate Excel Level (Pivot/V-Lookup/Filtering /Formulas)
Education/Experience:
Required completed BS
Required 2-5 years Work Experience in Related Business Field
