What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Operations Manager position at Avive Solutions, Inc?

About Us:

Avive Solutions, Inc. (https://avive.life) is a VC-backed healthcare technology company that is developing a next-generation Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and response system to – literally – save lives. Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) is a leading cause of death in the United States, and we are on a mission to change that! We are a dynamic team that builds elegant, creative solutions to solve complex problems. We want all cardiac arrest victims to have rapid access to lifesaving defibrillation.

Avive is taking a fresh approach to addressing this decades-old problem by bringing advanced AED technology to market, coupled with a first of its kind platform solution to enable a quicker and more effective response. We believe that this unique combination of deploying advanced – yet still accessible – hardware, and novel software, has the potential to revolutionize out-of-hospital cardiac arrest response and massively impact SCA survival rates.

About the Role:

We are looking for a full-time Revenue Operations Manager to build and oversee the tools and processes that will drive our upcoming commercial operations – from scratch! You will be the first hire in this critical position, building and connecting the systems our team requires for success. We need an experienced self-starter who is willing to help us from day 1!

What you'll do:

  • Work with our VP of Commercialization, and other marketing leaders to learn about our go-to-market strategy and then plan, design, and implement the tools and systems our team (call center, inside sales, and outside sales) needs to achieve our selling and revenue performance goals.
  • Know the right questions to ask and then help select, build, implement, and oversee the end-to-end systems we need to take customers from a lead to evangelizing customer.
  • Help make sure our sales and marketing teams are running as efficiently and productively as possible by building systems, integrations, and reporting required for their success.
  • Develop reports to meticulously track performance and make recommendations and share insights with stakeholders to improve performance.
  • Proactively review data and share it with SDR, AE, and digital marketing managers, to help track KPIs and company performance.
  • Work alongside marketing to build and oversee lead generation processes, tracking, arrange email funnels, and determine appropriate customer attribution.
  • Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion.

Who you are:

  • Someone who has at least 7 years of experience working with inbound sales teams (call center and e-commerce) and the systems they require to maximize performance.
  • Someone who knows how to set up call center systems (phones, CRM privileges, order management systems, etc.) from scratch. You know what systems you need and how they can be inter-connected most efficiently.
  • An expert using HubSpot, Zapier, and other popular APIs.
  • Someone with deep e-commerce experience. You know how to integrate e-commerce platforms with quote and order management systems, fulfillment, ERPs, and warehouse operations, and more.
  • A person who can trouble-shoot to maximize system up time, so our team is fully functional. You know how to build appropriate redundancies, tests, and checks to make sure nothing is lost.
  • Someone that can connect systems across departments, including finance, in a seamless way so that our accounting operations and warehouse teams are running as smoothly as our customer-facing services.
  • Curious and not afraid to learn about new tools, systems, and best practices that might incorporate to help our team constantly improve.
  • Flexible and patient. You know that new companies constantly grow and change, so reports run today might look different tomorrow.
