ABOUT US:
At Avivo, we believe housing is a fundamental human right. Our Ending Homelessness division is committed to creating pathways to housing stability through person-centered, trauma-informed care. Using Housing First and Harm Reduction principles, we empower individuals experiencing homelessness with dignity, respect, and comprehensive services.
Our Transitional Recovery Lodging (TRL) program supports adults and families working towards recovery while attending Intensive Outpatient Treatment. We provide a supportive environment to ensure participants thrive during their stay and transition smoothly into stable housing and other resources.
Your Role
As the Program Manager, you’ll lead our TRL program, providing supervision and guidance to the Resident Advocate Team who offer 24/7 support to participants. You’ll oversee program operations, foster partnerships, ensure compliance, and actively contribute to Avivo’s mission to end homelessness.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Leadership:
- Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure program excellence.
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure services align with participants' recovery goals and organizational principles.

Team Supervision:
- Recruit, train, and support a diverse, trauma-informed team.
- Provide coaching, set clear expectations, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team culture.

Operations Management:
- Oversee housing logistics, including housing rosters, ESA documentation, and participant communication.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report program outcomes using electronic health records (EHR).

Budget and Compliance:
- Monitor program budgets and ensure contract adherence.
- Participate in funding proposals and grant management.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU OFFER:
Required:
- Associate degree with three years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in human services or related fields.
- Two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
- Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction services.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records.
Preferred:
- Experience in community mental health settings and serving individuals with dual diagnoses.
- Knowledge of Housing First and recovery-oriented practices.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain professional boundaries.

Salary : $57,040 - $71,300
