We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead the kitchen with creativity, precision, and heart. The ideal candidate is a confident and skilled Chef, and also a dedicated mentor who thrives on building strong, collaborative teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Collaborate on menu development that reflects the spirit of modern Greek cuisine with room for creativity
- Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, creating a culture of professionalism, growth, and mutual respect
- Manage kitchen costs, inventory, and labor efficiency in collaboration with ownership
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Be an integral part of the leadership team, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5 years of experience in a leadership culinary role, preferably as Executive Chef or Chef De Cuisine, or like position
- Deep knowledge of Mediterranean/Greek cuisine or a willingness to immerse oneself in it
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion and commitment to developing a strong culture of teamwork
- Proven ability to manage costs, streamline operations, and execute consistently in a high-paced environment
- A balance of creativity, discipline, and collaboration
