What are the responsibilities and job description for the HOUSEKEEPER - PER DIEM position at Avon Health Center?

Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice and respite care. We are a 120 bed facility, 90 of which are Long Term and 30 Short Term.

$17/hour
Job Details:
plus $.75 weekend differential when applicable
The housekeeping attendant would be responsible for cleaning all areas of their assigned wing, including resident rooms and bathrooms. Attendant may be requested to work in Laundry on occasion. The laundry attendant would be responsible for sorting soiled linens, washing, drying and folding linen.
- Attention to detail is a must!
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Desire to work in a senior resident community
- Must be reliable
