Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively grow profitable relationship with assigned Customers
Quarterly Business Reviews
Develop and maintain proper customer mapping
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers
Manage and track sales and progress in customer relationship management software
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales
Requirements and Qualifications
A self-starting personality with a spirit of entrepreneurship
Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment
Experience with common customer relationship management software and platforms
Understanding of common sales techniques and theory, including sales funnel
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
In-depth understanding of company services and it's position in the industry
College Degree or Commiserate Experience
Travel - 40%-60%
