About the Opportunity:• Job Title: CNC Router Operator• Pay Rate Range: $18/Hour• Location: Rogers, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM• Position Type: Temp to Hire CNC Router Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills.
- Self-Starter.
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Drive to get things done in the most efficient manner possible.
- Must be aggressive and flexible.
- Must be able to lift 50 -75 pounds.
- Previous CNC Machine experience a plus.
- Previous architectural metal background a plus.
- Must be experienced in a shop type environment.
CNC Router Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the plant manager throughout the day regarding what needs to be routed.
- Route all assigned jobs.
- Monitor all aspects of machine operation.
- Setup router based on material and part requirements.
- Ability to adapt to changing workplace situations.
- Check part dimensions against prints for accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.
