About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Grinder• Pay Rate Range: $19-21/Hour• Location: Rogers, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM.• Position Type: Temp to Hire Grinder Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous metal finishing or grinding experience.
- Lifting 50lbs up to 75lbs team lift
- Standing for long durations of time
- Use power tools and be comfortable with them.
Grinder Duties and Responsibilities:
- Rough grinding of aluminum and stainless steel.
- Polishing and finish sanding of aluminum and stainless steel.
- Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
