Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently pull products from designated storage areas to fulfill customer orders.
- Ensure all pulled items are in good condition and meet quality standards.
- Organize and prepare pulled items for packaging and shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adapt to changes in orders, priorities, or procedures as necessary.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
- Prior warehouse experience is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items for the duration of the shift.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
