Axcess is a home care provider that services adults with special needs and disabilities across the state of South Carolina. We are contracted with Community Long Term Care and the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs to provide care to adults who qualify for aide services.

Job Title: Care Provider for 60-Year-Old Male
Location: Ladson, SC
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM & 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM & 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate care provider for a 60-year-old male in Ladson. This position involves providing support with bathroom reminders, meal preparation, and assistance with walking. The ideal candidate will be someone who is patient, dependable, and enjoys helping others with their daily needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bathroom reminders and assistance as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition
- Support with walking and mobility assistance

QualificationsTo be qualified as a Personal Care Aide you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Pass a background (SLED) check
- Pass a drug test
- Be physically able to provide care to an adult with special needs
- Have a valid drivers license and insured transportation
