We are seeking a visionary Director of Accounts to propel our client relationships and everything we build to new heights while leading our team of seasoned account managers. As a pioneering fabrication shop catering to the creative, events, retail, and construction sectors, we have earned a reputation for unparalleled quality and groundbreaking solutions. This senior-level position merges strategic account management with leadership responsibilities, providing a direct reporting line to the General Manager and the owner. Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Develop creative solutions aligned with client objectives and growth expectations.
  • Drive new business opportunities by negotiating rates and contracts with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project strategies, budgets, and scope.
  • Champion client feedback and forecast future projects, proactively identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Inspire and guide our talented teams to deliver exceptional results, while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Accounts team to expand our client portfolio and establish account fundamentals.
  • Continuously innovate internal processes and SOPs to enhance the efficiency of our Accounts Team.
  • Act as a key player in driving company growth through collaboration with leadership and operations teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6-10 years of Account Management experience, with 4-7 years in a senior role.
  • Strong operational knowledge within a creative and fabrication agency.
  • Proven ability to command the room with executive leaders and world-renowned brands.
  • Passionate about mentorship, personal growth, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience in brand experience, design, fabrication, creative technology, event production, or retail execution.
  • Demonstrated success in taking concepts from ideation to physical production.
  • Exceptional financial negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding client-facing expertise, strategic problem-solving, and team management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Keynote, InDesign, SketchUp, and Slack.

Note: Travel to studio, shop, and offsite locations worldwide will be required for client meetings and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
