Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned MDM Solution Architect with extensive experience in Data Management and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level MDM implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Informatica MDM, Reltio, IBM InfoSphere, and related tools, along with strong business acumen to drive MDM strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage over 15 years of IT experience, with at least 10 years dedicated to Master Data Management (MDM) using platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, and IBM InfoSphere.
• Successfully lead and deliver a minimum of five full lifecycle MDM implementation projects.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to define the vision, scope, and phased roadmap for MDM initiatives.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops, and conduct interviews with business and technical teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and scalable data models.
• Provide thought leadership in MDM architecture design and best practices across business processes and data domains.
• Design and develop custom data ingestion, cleansing, and synchronization pipelines using ETL tools.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in data integration technologies such as SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF).

Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on enterprise data architecture and management.
• 10 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management solutions.
• Proven expertise in tools such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, IBM InfoSphere, and other leading MDM platforms.
• Deep understanding of MDM architecture, governance, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud-based data integration tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
