Floor Technician/Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Act as security for the facility, walk staff to and from cars as needed, periodically walk the property, check parking lots, and answer the door.
- Clean the common area carpets, kitchen floors, bathrooms, offices, hallways and entryways nightly.
- Change light bulbs in common areas as scheduled.
- Touch up paint in common areas as scheduled.
- Maintain facility grounds: the grounds must be maintained in an orderly fashion; free from hazards, debris, and clutter. Sidewalks and drives must be free from snow, ice, leaves and in good repair.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Floor Technician/Maintenance Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more.
- Self starter, critical thinker, ability to take initiative and great communication skills.
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours a shift.
- Confident with doing security rounds.
