We’re working with an established printing company based in Guilford, CT. They are recruiting a Maintenance Technician to join their team from 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday) in return for a salary in the region of $25-$30/hour along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Flexible Schedule, Flexible Spending Account, Healthcare, Vision and Dental, PTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Read and interpret CAD drawings
• Diagnose, build, install, and repair machinery
• Move production equipment around facility
• Carry out MIG and TIG welding duties
• Ability to use and operate hand tools
• Collaborate with contractors to complete mechanical repairs

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Proficiency in reading and applying CAD drawings
• Must be able to use TIG and MIG welding
• Knowledgeable with machine repairs
