Your Impact
You will help us enhance Axon's corporate and product security posture by leading a team of first-line responders. You will manage and grow this team while guiding them through incident response activities. We need a high-energy security innovator to help expand our security operations team. There are plenty of challenges to conquer that require a wide-range of security knowledge and experience.
What You’ll Do
Location: Scottsdale
Reports to: Director of Security Engineering and Operations
Direct Reports: 9 Security Analysts
- Lead and manage a 24/7 global team of SOC analysts
- Take a lead role during incident response activities
- Hire, grow and retain talent across a diverse team of security analysts
- Develop and guide the SOC in process and procedure execution to increase efficiency and monitoring capabilities
- Provide technical and functional leadership to the team
- Responsible for maintaining and meeting SOC mission objectives
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas to all levels of the business
- Proven experience leading incident response activities
- 3 years in a Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong team player with a passion to Join Forces both within the team and across the business
- Past experiences showing strong leadership
- US Citizen
