AZEK Building Products Location: Scranton, Pennsylvania Area
The AZEK Company is an industry leading manufacturer of engineered low-maintenance residential and commercial building products headquartered in Chicago, IL.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $94,000 in our lowest market up to $115,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and based onsite at our Scranton facility you will foster productive relationships while acting as a resource to managers and employees. The ideal candidate will have experience performing HR-related duties in the following areas: employee relations, HRIS system management, training and development, and employee off-boarding. Success in this role will be the result of a strong service-oriented mindset and a solid understanding of HR practices and regulations.
Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:
- Communicate and administer human resource policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and counsel management on corrective action procedure.
- Maintain employee information within the UltiPro HRIS system.
- Manage employee off-boarding and exit interviews.
- Remain current on evolving regulations and legal requirement to minimize legal risk and ensure compliance.
- Travel between local manufacturing facilities in Scranton is required.
- Ability to flex schedule to support employee relations or other business needs as required.
We believe the successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is required.
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
- Five years of HR generalist experience; preferably in manufacturing operations.
- Experience with UltiPro HRIS System is a plus.
