What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Product Enrichment Expert position at Azelis India Pvt Ltd?
Main Accountabilities
The Group Product Enrichment Expert will work from the Mumbai office and have the following responsibilities:
- Work with real-time dashboards and local business and marketing teams to detect gaps in product information. Mainly for products that are published on our digital platforms.
- Create value-adding product descriptions for products that are published on the Azelis Customer portals with the objective to improve customer experience and increase digital lead generation. Additionally, coordinate possible translations.
- Work with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Co-Pilot by Microsoft, Grammarly, etc. to increase the speed and quality of the product enrichment.
- Publish all product information in the Azelis product information management system (Akeneo) and make sure it is available on all Azelis customer portals
- Communicate with local teams on the level of enrichment, made progress and quality of their customer portal.
Experience & Education
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree. Preference is given to a marketing or communications degree.
- Fluent in English and very good English writing skills are a requirement.
- Any experience with SEO processes in a previous role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the generative AI-tools landscape. (Chat GPT, Co-Pilot,…)
