Role Description
The Director will be responsible for originating, managing and executing commercial real estate investment sale and capital markets transactions. This is a full-time on-site Director role at Aztec Group in Miami, FL.
Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate investment, brokerage, development, lending and/or transaction experience
- Desire and capability to build relastionships and originate investnent sale and capital markets assignments
- Knowledge and experience in commercial real estate could include hospitality, multifamily, retail, office, self storage, or other real estate product types
- Capital stack structuring, equity, mezzanien and/or debt negotiation experience
- Ability to multitask and work in a high intensity environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
- Real estate license and/or certification (e.g., CCIM, CFA) is a plus
