Due to our expansive growth, Aztec Plumbing& Drains is looking for exceptional and experienced Plumbing Service
Technicians to join our team in the Ft Myers / Southwest Florida area today! We offer excellent benefits, compensation plans, an opportunity for growth and advancement and NO ON CALL HOURS!
This position requires prior Plumbing Service experience, if you are interested in joining our industry and learning the trade, please apply to our Plumbing Apprentice ad. Our representative will give you the details on our Aztec Plumbing & Drains University program!
Responsibilities:
- Complete plumbing service related in-home service calls.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training and morning meetings.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets.
Pay Range $90,000 - $145,000
