SUMMARY OF FUNCTION: The Director of Campus Life predominately serves students by overseeing the organization and planning of exemplary programs and services designed to enhance student's success and the overall student experience. Reporting directly to the Dean of Students, the Director of Campus Life is a proactive, solution-oriented advocate for students and staff in the campus life department. Providing leadership and management for offices within campus life, the Director of Campus Life also serves as a member of the Arizona Western College’s Behavior Intervention Team, Student Conduct Administrative Team, and the Title-IX support team. This position also supports overseeing departmental compliance activities, record keeping, data collection, and assessments.
