Key duties include ensuring compliance with regulations, reviewing diagnostic results, managing medication adjustments, maintaining documentation, and serving as the primary on-call clinician for urgent needs.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Nursing, current licensure, active DEA license, at least 1 year of hospice or home care experience, and knowledge of hospice principles and geriatric medicine. Certification in hospice and palliative care is preferred.
