Nestled in the Sierra foothills, this licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program offers individual, group, and family therapy within a strengths-based, least restrictive environment that promotes normalization and community support.

• Starting salary at $90,000/year with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 403b match, paid time off, and on-site housing options.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. Crisis intervention and detailed documentation are part of the role.
• Requirements include a California license (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT), empathy, patience, a desire to work with troubled teens, and pass background and health screenings.
