About the Role:
B.A.R.E. Truth Inc. is expanding its shelter program and seeking dedicated Client Engagement Specialists/Shelter Monitors to support our clients in their journey towards stability. This role involves working closely with case managers and program staff to meet clients' basic needs and support engagement activities. Responsibilities include assisting clients with essential support services such as travel, laundry, and supplies, as well as connecting them to external resources like job training, healthcare, and mental health support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with case managers to ensure clients' basic needs are met.
• Provide hands-on support for daily living activities including travel, laundry, and access to supplies.
• Assist clients in accessing job training, healthcare, and mental health services.
• Facilitate engagement activities to support clients in building life skills for independent living.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in social services, homeless navigation, or a related field is required.
• A background in case management or direct client engagement is preferred.
• High school diploma required; college education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to pass a criminal backgroud check.
