SCOPE: To provide specific support and coordination on the water division installation teams and facilitate the timely completion of water related projects, including the receipt and processing of information in cooperation with other departments on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years water treatment or plumbing industry preferred.
- Must be solutions-oriented and have the ability to strive for constant improvement.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Participation within a team structure, excellent interpersonal & communication skills required.
- Must be wiling to work overtime as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have valid CA drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be willing to consent to background and drug screening post acceptance of offer
Key Results Area 1 – Evaluation and expected output from this position will be based on the following criteria; technician will assist in the following areas:
- Responsible for the installation of residential/light commercial water treatment, pool solar and water heater products.
- Learn and maintain proficiency in plumbing codes and techniques, communicating any additional training needs to perform job tasks.
- Responsible for service and maintenance calls on water products. 4) Inventory vehicle and resupply in coordination with warehouse staff
- Support and assist with inventory, warehouse/parking lot cleanup, vehicle maintenance and general building maintenance.
- Upload photo documentation of completed installation projects to company cloud portal.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company insurance carrier requirements.
- Assist client and other departmental staf to coordinate permit inspections and corrections as needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining professional behavior and ability to be flexible regarding the needs of the customers at all times.
- Comply with all safety, health and environmental policies, procedures and regulations within the department.
- Provide feedback regarding the need for additional training for yourself or staff as applicable.
- Complete appropriate paperwork with customer during visit as assigned. 14) Demonstrate team attitude in daily staging, loading and clean up.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
