The goal is to create repeat business by supplying a differentiating customer service experience from first contact to invoicing. This includes; contacting prospective buyers; evaluating prospect needs; recommending solutions; and writing, submitting, and converting proposals. Other responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new client solution opportunities that may be beneficial to B&B and working with current and former customers to uncover new contacts and opportunities. The primary responsibility is to achieve consistent profitable quarterly and annual sales goals.
Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000
- First-Year Earnings - $170,000 at plan
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Benefits after 30 days
