Clyde’s is hiring for a Slushie Hut Attendant! We’re looking for outgoing, responsible team members who are excited to serve our signature hard cider slushies. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and comfortable working around alcohol.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
- Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Promote and sell our hard cider products to visitors.
- Provide information about our different cider flavors.
- Assist guests in selecting the right products for their preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Slushie Hut Operations:
- Prepare and serve hard cider slushies.
- Keep the slushie preparation area, equipment, and serving space clean and sanitized.
- Accurately take orders, handle payments, and ensure efficient service.
- Monitor inventory levels for slushie ingredients and notify necessary staff when restocking is needed.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all legal regulations and company policies regarding alcohol sales.
- Check customer IDs to verify age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Maintain a safe, controlled, and positive environment for guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering great customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
