Position Summary:
The Syrup Cook Batcher is responsible for daily Kitchen batching and process work as well as paperwork and quality checks to supply a safe, quality product to all bottling lines. Position will require employee to be trained in all Kitchen processes.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to work safely and follow all safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Read, write and understand English for the purpose of reading batch sheets/recipes, quality assurance and food safety.
- Demonstrate ability to work safely and meet quality standards at production speeds.
- Must be very detailed oriented
- Ability to perform physical work, exerting 50 pounds of force on a frequent basis, performing such activities as hand dexterity, grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to remain in a standing position for long periods of time
- Demonstrate the ability to work well with others
