DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Complete training and follow steps of service according to company standards.
● Delivers goods to guests and clients via bicycle or similar company approved mode of
transportation.
● Interacts with the customer in a professional manner.
● Observes all traffic laws and posted speed limits.
● Maintains a neat, clean personal appearance.
● Maintains cleanliness and sanitation at all times; performs opening and closing clean-up
duties.
● Resolves guest and client problems/complaints; utilizes own best judgement in resolving
issues or refers to management as needed.
● Occasionally assist with restaurant operations.
● Adheres to all COVID safety company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Familiarity with delivery practices and handling methods.
● Ability to work with minimal supervision.
● Excellent customer service skills
● Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
● Professional appearance and demeanor
● Commitment to excellence and high standards
● Ability to manage priorities and workflow
● Acute attention to detail
● Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
