WHAT YOU DO:
- Clean and organize all surfaces, equipment, plates, glassware, and stations within the restaurant.
- Routinely check that all sinks, dishes, or glasswashers are properly functioning.
- Reporting directly to the culinary manager and general manager
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times
WHO YOU ARE:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with delivery practices and handling methods
- An ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as needed
- Authorized to work in the United States
