Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a variety of HR tasks in our Marysville office.
- Manage the hiring process from recruiting, posting positions, job fairs, scheduling and conducting interviews, working with Administrative Director for selection of candidates
- Conduct background checks and new employee orientation along with training on company policy and procedures. Provide a warm transition from in office training to training in the field
- Entering information into company and government systems and continuously monitoring certifications to ensure they are current
- completing and maintaining employee files to ensure compliance
- Schedule CPR and Medicine Administration classes monthly
- Greet everyone who comes into the office with a smile and direct them to the appropriate person
- Remain professional and represent B.L.E.S.S accordingly
- Assist with office functions
Job Requirements;
- 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, organized, great attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License with less than 6 points and insurance
- Prefer office experience
- Experience in the DD field a plus, not required
- Positive, upbeat personality
- Communicate in a professional manner with both internal and external team members to positively represent BLESS, LLC.
