About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor in Consumer & Small Business Banking providing coverage for CSBB Operations. In this role, you will: Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature Receive, log, batch, and distribute work File, photocopy, and answer phones Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles Work under close supervision following established procedures Required Qualifications, US: 6 months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 6 months of Undeliverable mail experience Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Job Expectations: Training: 2-3 months (on the job training) Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm Business Operations(within those hours) Must have the ability to work additional hours as needed This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Posting Location: 3201 N 4th Ave Sioux Falls, SD (Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location) Posting End Date: 21 Jun 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
