SUMMARY
The ITM Teller is responsible for processing customer account transactions conducted on the Interactive Teller Machines located at multiple branch locations. Additionally, the ITM Teller is responsible for responding to customer engagements submitted via Chat, Video and Audio received through the Live Chat feature on our website and mobile banking app.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

- Responsible for processing customer transactions in a comprehensive, prompt, and efficient manner.
- Processes checks and cash deposits to customer accounts which includes verification of deposit amount, recourse, examination of checks for proper endorsement and authenticity and enters deposits into computer records.
- Review check deposits made at all branch ATMs which includes verification of deposit amount, recourse, examination of checks for proper endorsement and authenticity including determination if a Reg CC hold is required. If a Reg CC hold is required, the teller will enter the hold in the teller system and place the proper notice in the mail to the customer on the same day as the deposit review.
- Vast knowledge for identifying possible fraud on items being presented as an image instead of in person.
- Process check cashing and account withdrawals from a variety of accounts upon proper verification and enters debit into computer records.
- Processes loan payments ensuring that the payments match balances due and enters payments into computer records.
- Process transfers between existing customer accounts and enters transfer into computer records.
- Vast knowledge of how an ITM machine works.
- Responsible for operating the ITM machine from a remote location to assist the customer.
- Directing the customer on how to use the ITM machine.
- Responsible for operating the ITM Machines in multiple locations remotely.
- Balance teller drawer at the end of the shift and compares totaled amount to computer generated proof sheet. Reports any discrepancies to the supervisor as necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries submitted through the Live Chat service. This includes chat, video and audio customer interactions.
- Cross-sells financial institution services.
- Performs other duties as delegated by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of cash handling experience
- Clear, distinct oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Must be detail oriented
- Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
- Excellent data entry and computer navigation skills
