Job Description:
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for goods and services, meeting project demands and timelines.
- Collaborate with suppliers to confirm PO details and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor and track open orders, resolving delays or discrepancies as needed.
- Identify and address invoice mismatches with supplier performance to ensure accurate billing and payments.
- Utilize ERP system capabilities to develop reports and analyze procurement data for process improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize procurement operations.
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
- 3-6 years proven experience in procurement, buying, or related roles within the construction, PV, or energy storage sectors.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, including creating and analyzing reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in purchasing and procurement.
- A Bachelor's degree
