Data Integrity Specialist

A Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for various duties relating to Customer Maintenance in multiple systems. Including, but not limited to, data entry, adherence to established procedures, timely communication with appropriate individuals, status of requests, ability to analyze reports and identify inconsistencies, and general customer service. It is essential that all data maintenance be performed accurately. Candidate must have strong attention to detail and have ability to work independently, multi-task, and self-prioritize workload.

• Performs accurate data entry for customers into multiple systems while adhering to internal procedures and policies.
• Prioritizes tasks so that data maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Performs basic analysis of customer database to streamline required updates.
• Use Internet, Excel, Word and Outlook daily.
• With approvals, seek improvements for data integrity between business systems.
• Prepare relevant reports as needed
• 2 years of Data Entry
• Customer Service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Strong computer skills
