What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Loan Closer position at Babich & Associates?
This local bank is adding to their Commercial Loan Closing department. The ideal candidate will have commercial closing experience with commercial real estate loans of at least 3 years. Additional experience preferred is 3 years of experience with C&I loans.
Responsibilities include
- Review closing documents closely for accurate and due diligence. Close and follow the delivery process of assigned loans
- Interact with internal departments and other third parties to ensure loans are closed timely
- Provide due diligence and work with assigned attorneys
- Work directly with customer to thoroughly complete closing documents
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in commercial loan closing
- Some college preferred
- Excellent time management, organizational and teamwork skills
